MathFest 2009- You've Never Seen Math Like This!

AVOID THE LINES- please pre-register for MathFest 2009 as an attendee by November 10th!  Contact info@eimath.org with any questions!

Join 750 students, teachers, parents and community members for MathFest 2009! Participate in the fourth annual city-wide celebration of elementary students and math, hosted by non-profit Explorations in Math.  This is a one-of-a-kind event where first through fifth graders and their siblings go from one booth to the next playing math games. While playing, students build their confidence in and enthusiasm for math, and see that the community supports their achievements.


What:   A city-wide celebration of elementary students and mathematics
Where: Rainier Community Center, 4600 38th Ave. S., Seattle, WA 98118   
When:  November 12, 2009, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

5:00 PM Doors open, refreshments served
7:00 PM Refreshment service ends
7:30PM Games close, awards ceremony and prize distribution begins
8:00 PM Doors close

Parking Information:  There is a parking lot at the Rainier Community Center- the lot can fill up quickly but street parking is also available

After you register, don't forget to PRINT your MathFest Passport! Print one Passport for each child attending MathFest.
